- Team Camp is July 27-30. Send in your registration now, and be ready to learn andwork hard.
- Tryouts (and the entire season) will be physically and mentally challenging, so make sure you're preparing yourself for that on a daily basis. If you're not physically exerting yourself daily, your body won't be up to par in August.
- Touch a ball as often as possible - juggle, partner pepper, play sand, play league, take private lessons, enroll in mini camps at local clubs. This is our preseason - what you do now will help you stand out in August, whether good or bad.

You have less than a month of summer left. Enjoy it, but spend some of it on volleyball. We will be playing matches before we know it, so do your part to be ready.
